FOUNDER & BAKER

Hi, I’m Neha Sood - the hands (and long working hours!) behind everything you see

in my bakery. If you ever catch the smell of something baking in the air, chances are

I’m somewhere in this kitchen, surrounded by flour, butter and a little bit of chaos. I

learned early that there’s something magical about turning simple ingredients into

something that brings people together. I’ve been fascinated with baking for as long

as I can remember. I have to confess it still surprises me how much I feel at home in

a kitchen, when it was never any part of my professional plans growing up.

After school I completed my degree in hospitality management at IHM Pusa, Delhi,

where I started to discover who I really was. And I then went ahead to do a diploma

in bakery & patisserie from The Lavonne Academy, Bangalore where I had the

privilege of learning under some incredibly talented mentors who instilled in us the

discipline required to flourish in this industry. As an intern in a pastry cloud

kitchen, I witnessed the ins and outs of running a business from scratch. That was

when I knew what I wanted to do.

So, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or celebrating something special, I hope

you find a bit of joy in whatever you pick. I believe in taking my time, using the best

ingredients I can find, and always, always baking with a sense of joy. Thank you for

supporting this little piece of my heart!
